Nothing changes if nothing changes. Starting therapy can be daunting, and for many of my clients they have spent my months, even years struggling.
Indeed, starting therapy can feel frightening but often staying the same can feel even worse.
Together we will focus on how to make the most of the therapy process. We will focus on meaningful change, using approved treatment and techniques, with tools to last a lifetime.
We will also look at the impact of lifestyle and important components such as sleep and exercise.
I specialise in trauma, but treat all common mental health problems.
I am based in the Midlands, offering virtual appointments, usually via Zoom. However, please do get in touch to discuss alternatives.
